Manage or cancel your subscription

Best Friend Premium is billed securely through your Apple account. You're always in control.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Select Best Friend from your list of subscriptions.
  4. Choose a different plan, or tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancelling stops future renewals โ€” you'll keep Premium until the end of your current billing period. To restore a previous purchase on a new device, open the app and tap Restore Purchases on the Premium screen.

Download Best Friend from the App Store, open the Premium screen and tap to start your 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.

Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the app and tap Restore Purchases on the Premium screen. Your subscription will reactivate automatically.

You can edit or remove your pets and data from within the app's settings. If you'd like your account fully removed, email us at thebestfriendapp@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Best Friend works on iPhone and iPad. An Android version is on the way โ€” check back soon.
